Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line was stained with rabbit Anti-rat IL1R1 Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAA066Ra03, filled red histogram) or Isotype control antibody (Catalog # IS067-Rb01, filled green histogram), followed by APC-conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # SAA544Rb15).Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.

Mouse NIH/3T3 cell line was fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde (10 min) , permeabilised with 0.1% BSA-Triton X-100,then stained with 20μg/ml rabbit Anti-rat IL1R1 Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog FAA066Ra03, red histogram) or Isotype control antibody (Catalog IS067-Rb01, green histogram), followed by 1μg/ml FITC-conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog SAA544Rb18).

用法
For flow cytometry, the suggested use of this reagent is 1-5 μl per 10^6 cells in 100 μl volume.
